Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Your billing address can be a po box, however we cannot ship to a po box- please make sure to provide a physical shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost by carriers. Please make sure your address is correct when submitting on our website. Please also make sure someone is available to sign for the package.

Our Return Policy is: Any product may be returned within 30 days of order placed date for a refund (Original shipping cost is non-refundable). Customers are responsible for returning shipping charges. All returns must be shipped back unopened. We are not responsible for lost merchandise during return shipments.

8. Governing Law.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of New York in each case located in Brooklyn, New York. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
